About Me
I’m Carlo Seta, CEO of Integrated Exhibits and the founder of the company. We design and build custom and rental trade show displays from our Cincinnati showroom at 1018 Seabrook Way, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245.
Integrated Exhibits specializes in turning brand stories into high-impact physical displays— custom exhibits, booth rentals, portable displays, backlit and tension-fabric work, and mobile / experiential environments. Much of our manufacturing and production is done in house.
The company has been in this work for more than two decades (the site describes “over 25 years of experience”; a September 2026 company announcement says “more than 20 years” / “for over two decades”). A government-bidder directory lists Integrated Exhibits Inc. as established in 1999, with Carlo Seta as President / contact, at a prior Cincinnati address (3500 Warsaw Ave); treat that year as directory data, not a claim invented for this page.

How we work
You work directly with the people designing and building your exhibit—not a call center. We focus on attendee interaction, designs that ship efficiently and set up quickly, and putting more of the budget into the display rather than overhead.
We’ve also launched AI planning tools—ShowMatch AI, BoothGenius™, and ThemeArchitect AI— to help marketers pick shows, see a booth concept before they book, and shape on-floor messaging.
